Target and challenge
To understand the problem, the design thinking process was utilized, which allowed me to prepare appropriate workshops with a group of stakeholders. The most important issue was understanding how the current client operates to guide a concept that would meet the requirements. The challenge turned out to be understanding the vast amount of advertising forms that should be easily managed over time. Additional complications also arose from the campaign creation process itself, which at certain stages had to have the status of so-called draft versions, given that groups progressively supplemented campaigns
In order to fully understand the issue, the entire process was mapped out with all stakeholders.
In the definition stage, the first prototypes were prepared and refined iteratively. After the testing phase, it was possible to proceed with creating the final interface.
Final user flow in the form of ready mockups
Solution
After the prototyping phase, an interface and a process were created, allowing campaigns to be set up quickly. A key module of the application for stakeholders was the preview of ongoing campaigns. A panel was created that allows for quick filtering of multiple channels and campaign statuses. During the analysis stage, the process of creating campaigns was entirely redefined. In this case, the path was shortened by half.
Results
Using a CMS that is simple in form and usability, based on Angular significantly speed up the developers' work. This resulted in the rapid implementation of the entire application. The interface was also adapted for tablet devices in a way that it could be further expanded in the future. UX tests showed an improvement in user satisfaction, speed of service, and a simplified process.
